LINGOIST OS

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the LINGOIST OS protocol and related materials. Please read them carefully.
By enrolling, you agree to them.

1. Who you are agreeing with

LINGOIST OS is operated by Willian Barboza Lingoist, an individual acting as a sole proprietor (referred to in these Terms as "LINGOIST OS," "we," "us," or "our"). The protocol, its materials, its name, and its brand are operated by us.You may contact us at [email protected], or by mail at:
1317 Edgewater Dr #6936, Orlando, FL 32804, United States.
This is a mailing address for correspondence, not a place of business open to visitors. We may, in the future, transfer or assign these Terms and our agreement with you to a company we establish. If we do, your rights under these Terms will carry over unchanged.

2. What LINGOIST OS is

LINGOIST OS is a twelve-week preparation protocol for professionals preparing for the CELPIP examination, followed by a defined six-month continuity period. It trains the consistency and reliability of English-language performance under timed conditions, through a combination of self-paced materials, live group sessions, coaching, and a daily practice foundation. It is essential that you understand the following, and by enrolling you confirm that you do:- We do not score the CELPIP examination, and we do not predict, guarantee, or promise any CELPIP score, band, or result. Only the official examining body scores the CELPIP. No statement made by us, in our video, our materials, our assessments, our coaching, or these Terms, is a promise that you will achieve any particular score, band, or immigration outcome.- What we provide is training, structure, measurement of band-9 features in your own work, coaching, and support. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, your participation, your starting level, and the examination itself.- We make no representation regarding the outcome of any immigration application, Express Entry profile, work permit, or related matter. We are not immigration advisors, and nothing we provide is immigration, legal, or professional advice.

3. Who the Founding Cohort is for (eligibility)

The Founding Cohort is designed specifically for professionals from Latin America. This is a deliberate design choice for the first cohort. If you are not from Latin America, you may still be eligible for a future cohort that opens worldwide; we will tell you so during the application process.Enrollment is subject to completion of our application process (the "Cognitive-Linguistic Audit") and, where applicable, a confirmation conversation. We reserve the right to decline any application where we judge, in good faith, that the protocol is not the right fit for the applicant.

4. Enrollment, dates, and what is included

- The Founding Cohort is limited to thirty (30) participants.- The twelve-week protocol is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2026. Enrollment closes August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). The start date may be adjusted only as set out in Section 5.- Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to the Calibration Sequences and the daily foundation materials (the Calibration Sequences and the daily precision practice). Your fourteen-day refund window runs from this enrollment date.- The protocol includes: the four-track learning materials; weekly live Alignment Pod sessions; the Precision Labs; the Somatic Roundtable; the Calibration Sequences; the daily precision (vocabulary) practice; the weekly self-scored measurement; and two Checkpoint Audits.- Following the twelve weeks, a defined six-month continuity period is included at no additional cost.
It includes: continued access to the learning materials (the Vault), the Calibration Sequences, the daily precision engine, the recorded library of Precision Labs, and one live monthly Continuity Room.
It does not include: the Alignment Pod, the live Precision Labs, or the Somatic Roundtable, which are part of the twelve-week intensive only.
We may make reasonable changes to the personnel delivering the protocol or the specific materials, provided such changes do not materially reduce the overall value of what you enrolled in. Any change to the start date is governed solely by Section 5, and not by this paragraph.

5. Founding Cohort: start date and limited adjustment

The Founding Cohort is the first live, cohort-paced delivery of the LINGOIST OS protocol. Its scheduled start date is September 14, 2026. Because the protocol is delivered to a group, and its quality depends on the founding group being properly formed, we may move the start date later than September 14, 2026, but only on the terms set out here, and on no other basis.(a) Reason. The start date may be moved only to allow the founding group to be properly formed. It will not be moved for any other reason.(b) Limit. The start date may be moved once. It may be moved only to a later date, never earlier, and to a date no later than October 12, 2026 (the "Outer Start Date"). If the founding group is not properly formed by the Outer Start Date, the protocol will not begin under-formed; instead, every enrolled participant will be offered a full refund of all amounts paid.(c) Notice. If the start date is moved, we will notify every enrolled participant, by email to the address used at enrollment, at least seven (7) days before September 14, 2026. The notice will state the new start date and the adjusted schedule.(d) Enrollment. If the start date is moved, the enrollment deadline may be extended, but never to later than fourteen (14) days before the new start date, so that every participant's 14-day refund window (Section 6 and the Refund Policy) closes before the protocol begins.(e) Your right to withdraw if the date moves. If the start date is moved, you may withdraw and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, for any reason, by replying to the notice within seven (7) days of the date it is sent, or by September 14, 2026, whichever is later. This right is in addition to your 14-day refund right; it does not replace, shorten, or affect that right, which continues to run from your own enrollment date regardless of any change to the start date.(f) The rest of the schedule. If the start date moves, the twelve-week protocol and the six-month continuity period that follows it move by the same number of days, so that the full structure you purchased is delivered in full.(g) Your rights under applicable law. Nothing in this Section limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, including any right to cancel if performance does not begin within the period that law allows. Where this Section and such a right differ, that right applies.

6. Price and payment

- The fee for the Founding Cohort is 3,800 CAD, payable either in full or in three (3) monthly installments of 1,300 CAD. Applicable taxes will be added to all payments. Paying in full is the lower of the two; the difference reflects only the cost of spreading payment across installments.- Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and seller of record for your purchase. By purchasing, you also agree to that provider's terms.Installment plans: if you choose the installment plan, you are committing to the full fee for your seat. Your access to the protocol continues while installments are outstanding. If an installment payment fails or is not made when due, the full remaining balance remains owed by you. We may, after reasonable notice to you, suspend access until payment is brought current, but suspension does not cancel the amounts owed.

7. Refund policy (summary; full policy below)

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your enrollment date, for any reason, by emailing [email protected]. After the fourteen-day window closes, the fee is non-refundable. If we move the cohort start date, you have an additional full-refund right described in Section 5(e), separate from and on top of the 14-day window. The full Refund Policy below forms part of these Terms.

8. Your responsibilities

- You agree to provide accurate information during the application and enrollment process.- The materials, sessions, and recordings are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, record (beyond what we provide), redistribute, or reproduce any part of the protocol, its materials, the Calibration Sequences, the Vault content, or any session, without our written permission.- You agree to engage respectfully with the coaches, specialists, and other cohort members. We may remove a participant who is abusive or disruptive to others; see Section 10.

9. Intellectual property

All materials, methods, frameworks, audio protocols, written content, and the LINGOIST OS name and brand are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own preparation during your enrollment and continuity period. It grants you no ownership and no right to reproduce or distribute.

10. Conduct and removal

We are committed to a constructive environment for every participant. We reserve the right to remove a participant whose conduct is abusive, harassing, or materially disruptive to other participants or to the delivery of the protocol. Removal for such conduct does not entitle the participant to a refund beyond what the Refund Policy provides.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: the protocol and all materials are provided "as is"; we do not warrant any specific result, score, or outcome; and our total liability to you arising from or relating to the protocol shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. However, nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence, where those rights cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Your rights under local consumer law

If you live in a Canadian province, you may have rights under that province's consumer-protection law that apply regardless of these Terms, including, in some provinces, a right to cancel and receive a refund if a prepaid program does not begin within a defined period after the start date stated to you. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. If you wish to give us formal notice of cancellation under such a right, send it to [email protected] or to the mailing address in Section 1, by a method that lets you prove the date you sent it.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting current participants will be communicated to them directly. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.

LINGOIST OS

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

We want this decision to be safe to make. Our refund policy is deliberately simple, and we hold to it exactly as written.

Your 14-day full refund

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your enrollment date, for any reason at all. To request it, send one email to [email protected] from the email address you enrolled with. No explanation is required, and no conditions apply. We will return every dollar you have paid.Because your access to the Calibration Sequences and the daily foundation materials begins the moment you enroll, this window gives you a genuine opportunity to begin the work and decide, with real experience of it, whether it is right for you, before your money is at risk.We process approved refunds promptly, and in any case within 10 business days of your request.

If we move the cohort start date

The Founding Cohort start date may be moved later, within the limits set out in Section 5 of the Terms. If we move it, you have an additional right to withdraw and receive a full refund, for any reason, on the terms described in Section 5(e). This is separate from, and on top of, the 14-day window above. A change to the start date can only add to your ability to exit, never reduce it.

After 14 days

After the fourteen-day window closes, the fee is non-refundable, including any remaining installments, which remain owed in full.We hold this boundary for a straightforward and honest reason. The Founding Cohort is a small, live program limited to thirty seats. When you take a seat, it is committed to you, and once the cohort has begun it cannot be re-sold or given to another person. The fourteen-day window, which you complete before the intensive work begins, is the point at which that decision is made. We are clear about this in advance so that the commitment is mutual and understood. This boundary does not affect any non-waivable right you may have under the consumer-protection law of your place of residence (see Terms & Conditions, Sections 12 and 13).

How this is processed
